Framing
The door window is framing around Roan. I was inspired to take this photo when I saw Roan standing through the window.
Rule of Thirds
I am on the right third line of the frame. The horizon is also on the top third line of the frame. The tree to the left of me is also covering most of the left third of the screen.
Selective Focus
Selective focus has a shallow depth of field. The berries and leaves are the only things in focus.
Angle Up
The camera is angled up towards the flag.
Selective Focus
The leaves are in focus, while the background and sticks in the foreground are out of focus.
Repetition
There are multiple windows in a row. There are also bricks in a row with the windows.
Repetition
There are so many of these polls in the court yard. They are in a repeating pattern all down the wall.
Leading Lines
The salt lines on the road all lead to a point in the photo.
High Key
Roan full of energy. Excited to see a wonderful day!
Low Key
Roan down in the corner with his hood on. He doesnt want to be seen
Horizon Line
Most of the photo is showing the sky, but some of it shows the ground bellow.
Horizon Line
There is little sky in the photo, most of what is shown is the bay water. This focuses the attention onto the water verses the sky.
I took the strings from the window blinds and made them all lead to the same point.
Lighting
This is a silhouette photo of myself in front of the sunset.
Lighting
The light in this photo is very yellow. This is also a silhouette of my friends.
Grouping
This was a group photo I took of my friends while on our trip in Vegas.
Grouping
This is a picture of my Youth Group having a Nerf War.
Framing
The pencils and pen are framing Roans face.
Angle Down
This is a silhouette photo of myself in front of the sunset.
Angle Straight
The photo is straight at Roans face. I then photoshoped his face onto Modok.
Rule of Thirds
The stick is along the top third of the photo. Roan is at the top left thirds corner.
